Metallic Spritz Technique

Metallic Spritz Technique

Supplies:

Glossy white cardstock
several coordinating colors of dye reinkers
spray bottle of water
sponges (I used those make-up ones)
Marvy Metallic pen
iron
paper towels
newspaper or similar to protect table

Directions:

1) Spritz glossy with water

2) drop 2 to 3 colors of reinkers onto sponge

3) Dab sponge on glossy cardstock (leaving some uninked areas for contrast)

4) Dab marker pen here and there for accent

5) Quickly rinse under faucet to "move" colors

6) laying glossy ink side up, place paper towels over to protect your iron and iron till dry

7) Mat, overstamp or punch etc.

*My sample uses stamp by Ray Ritchie Design, LLC I kept it very simple so you can see the background.
Leaving some white areas tends to give your results more depth.....
This tends to be a little messy, but well-worth the effects so do several while you're at it!
