Scenic Surprise

This card is my attempt at scenic stamping with a twist.

Rather than cutting out masks I tried a new idea.

I stamped and colored the little pig farmer (isn't he just a hoot?)

and went over him entirely with an embossing pen and clear

EP.  Then I stamped and sponged my background as usual.

It worked well except somehow his little pig face got 

sort of discolored.....and my background
kinda turned into a forest fire with all that orange.

The stamps used are by 

Stampscapes, TAC, Meer Images

and some others unknown.

Reflections

Simple stampin' at its' best!
To achieve what appears to be a reflection all you need do is stamped your image once and then flip your stamp upside-down and re-stamp without re-inking....lining it up in the proper place first of course.
Then I just sponged appropriate colored inks such as reds and yellows for the sunset on top and blues and grays for the water below.
Practice with a simple stamp and before long you will master this easy technique!
