Swap Card

My card today is for a swap I joined over on
Midwest Stampers Yahoo group.
We had to do cards with a fall/harvest theme-do
you think this fits the bill?

I ran my brayer over some white glossy that I had inked with a K-pad
"Desert Heat"and when that dried I stamped the Peddler's Pack image with
Versamark and embossed with detail black powder.

Then I trimmed and layered more black onto an orange base.
I brayered more glossy and punched a large leaf from that
and stamped the verse (by Inky Antics), popped it up and tied
some natural hemp fibers around the stem.

Pretty simple yes?  But pretty I think.
Thanks for looking!

AAA Swap Card-Stickers!

This swap card was done using the required stickers in any way,
plus some geometric shapes for flair and a gorgeous stamp by
About Art Accents.

I stamped the image in black onto white paper, then cut a larger mat from
red paper and a larger one yet from white paper.
I cut each mat diagonally and laid it down with middles apart.
I then matted the whole thing onto a piece of black.

Added 2 large puffy stickers as per requirement and decided
that was enough.
I think this AAA image is dramatic enough to stand without added color don't you?

AAA Swap Card-Ribbon!

Today's card is for the same swap, this time using ribbon in any way.
This was a "Stuff" swap where we had to use "stuff" on each card.
I will be uploading more stuff cards as soon as I get them finished.

I embossed the white panel with a cuttlebug folder, rounded the corners & set it aside.
Then I punched around a square of white with a Martha Stewart punch and layered that onto
another square of blue paper, running ribbon beneath before layering it also.
I stamped the bird by About Art Accents in black on top and
tied small pieces of ribbon at each side.
Another simple card that packs a punch (pun intended)

AAA Swap Card-Vellum!

This is another About Art Accents card swap, this time using vellum in any way.

I embossed a panel of green paper with the D'Vine Swirls embossing folder, layered onto black paper and attached some variegated fibers before layering onto white.

I made a vellum tag with some vellum on top of white scrap stamped and embossed with
an AAA image that was colored from behind before putting it together with my
tagmaker tool.
I popped the tag up with fibers behind.
A clean, simple card?

Tomorrow I will show you a card I made using ribbon in any way for the same swap.
