This card uses a simple masking technique. I stamped the fish image (by Stampendous) on white cardstock and again on copy paper. I cut a mask from the paper image and using low-tack tape I stuck it over the cardstock image. Then I spritzed color over for a background with Color Wash misters. I stamped some seaweed & bubbles around the fish before removing the mask. Then I colored the fish image with watercolor pencils.
This project turned out fine except after I finished it all I realized I had stamped my fish UPSIDE-DOWN! LOL They looked too cool to re-do so there they are....turned upside-down forever and ever.
