This card uses the Re-Inker Splash Technique, another outstanding technique found ONLY in the Technique Junkie Newsletter . I overstamped over the background with Versamark and embossed with detail black. My scanner wants to make a glare, no matter how I try to remove it so you'll have to "imagine"...LOL
Image stamp is by Ink Blocks and they are carried by I Brake For Stamps now.
