Wood Grain Technique by TJN

The wood portion of my card is explained
fully over at Technique Junkie Newsletter.
A really nifty way to get an
authentic looking wood background
with little effort.

After matting the wood background, I
trimmed some western-looking images and added some raffia.
Stamps used are Commotion, Hero Arts and PSX.

Well, it looked kinda, sorta like a lasso to me.......

I love that technique. It also looks great to create a "snowfall" effect using blue and white and snowflake stamps.

Love the wood boards.
