AAA Rooster

You could call this card a comedy of corrections.
It began with me cutting off the corners of the focal image piece
which is by About Art Accents
to get rid of some accidental smudges.
So okay now I have this octagonal shape, now what?
Well I edged it with a gold leaf pen and colored the rooster with a Copic marker.
I trimmed some different DP papers and realized they were just a tad bit too alike.
Now what?  I edged those with the leafing pen as well to define their edges and separate them.
Then to bring it together I stamped the word by AAA in the bottom corner
and added some thin gold fibers and an Oriental coin.
The fibers are much more golden IRL as are the leafing pen accents.

For a comedy of corrections I think it turned out marvy! I do have a soft spot for Asian style artwork!

This is all about your humongous art gene. Are you from a whole family of artists? Every card I see has some unexpected testament to your artistry. I see your profile photo says "Wild Woman" and it makes me laugh because 24-karat artists are always considered "wild" because they don't fit into the common everyday niches the rest of us boringly inhabit.
