I began with white matte cardstock on which I spritzed several colors of Memory Mists. I stamped and embossed several medallions and trimmed them, attached some fibers so those would be behind the popped up medallions and strung it all out, attaching fiber ends behind before layering it all onto black cardstock panel and then onto a rust base card.
I wasn't sure which way was "up" so I turned each, figuring I'd get one of them oriented correctly?
