Masked Background Technique



This card uses masking for the background. Cover the area you want to remain white first. Then tear a piece of copy paper in the shape you want (in this case I ripped it randomly) and holding it in place, sponge dye ink across your paper. Move the masking paper and sponge another color where you want that etc. A good idea to begin with your lightest color first. Then overstamp your images. I used trees by Meer Images and the verse is by
Quietfire Design.
