This adorable stamp is done for
Sweet Pea Stamps by artist
Elisabeth Bell from her
Twinkle Toes series titled
"Bubbles"
and you will find it
Of course I had to make a bubble backdrop!
I inked several round objects for my bubbles and added
some I-Candi by Craftworkcards
that were custom colored with Copic markers.
The glitzy butterfly is from Michaels
and the large layered circle was done
with a Martha Stewart circle cutter.
This tool works wonderfully!
(I just need to work on placing the layers)
