As you can pretty much tell, I used some of my earlier reject background
pieces for this card.
You know how it is. You make some background and decide it
isn't what you wanted, but there is something there that
will not allow you to toss it?
The stamp by Inkblocks (available over at I Brake For Stamps)
fit into my glob of color is why I used this particular image.
I dribbled re-inkers on some white glossy and brayered them
around for the background and then overstamped the
image in black.
This was layered over the green panel that had been run thru the cuttlebug
and affixed to the blue base.
I used some sparkly brads from Oriental Trading and a nifty starfish embellishment
to finish things off.

If this background was a reject it is a shame. I think it is just smashing!
