I began with a piece of sparkle paper that
I dribbled alcohol inks over and smooshed them around to blend.
After allowing them to dry I ran the panel thru the Cuttlebug
and lightly swiped black ink over the raised portions.
I stamped a small greeting by Hero Arts and stuck
it inside a frame, ran some ribbon behind and added
some flowers atop with gems for centers.
Tada! It is done!
IRL it has a shimmer to it that is gorgeous.
It almost took me longer to write this up than it took to make the card!
