This beauty is nothing more than taping off the edges of your card
and scribbling colored pencil over tape. When you remove the tape you will have a nice frame
already done!
I stamped the waterlily image by TAC before I made the frame so the tape
stopped from stamping there. Then I stamped a second image and cut some petals to pop up and over my frame.
Don't you just love how the white pencil popped that gorgeous lily?
