It's a pity you can't see this card in all its' glory.
IRL it just glows.
I ran some paper thru my Xyron twice so there was
adhesive on both sides. Then I peeled off one side and
laid a pretty piece of lace over the paper.
Then sprinkled a color of glitter over the lace....
then I removed the lace and sprinkled another color of glitter over
the areas that had been covered before.
It sort of transferred the lace pattern onto the card with
such a shimmery beauty.
I stamped the saying (by Penny Black) on white paper and layered that on top
to finish it off.
