Here come those lovely About Art Accent Koi again.
Can you tell that I just love these fish?
Now to explain this technique:
I stamped the image on dark cardstock with white craft ink and embossed with clear ep.
Then I colored with watercolor pencils and used a little water to blend. I added some highlights with a white gel pen.
Easy as it gets!
I used a flower that had been outside for awhile and wasn't pure white anymore, but it fit
the off-white scheme just perfectly.
Guess I am a die-hard stamper if I see something and turn it into a card yes?
