These gorgeous images are by About Art Accents.
I cut a Classic Frame by Spellbinders on some designer paper by DCWV and stamped the ladies in the center (flipping it over of course). I cut strips with my Martha Stewart long border punch and stuck them in the top and bottom edges of the frame, adding tiny pearls.
That is really all the bling this card could hold and I think, all it needed.
