Flotation Trick

For this colorful card I began with some white glossy.  I stamped images by Stampin' Up! here and there after I had brayered inks over in a random pattern.

Then I stamped the sentiment on some acetate and swiped a coordinating color on the backside of the acetate to set the word off and make it appear to float above the images.

I attached the acetate over the glossy and added a small tassel.

Just in time for graduation!
