For this card I stamped a background image by Flourishes and punched various circle punches here and there along the pattern before layering over white and cutting with decorative scissors. I added some white organza ribbon and attached a butterfly (About Art Accents) stamped from vellum and adhered with a glittery white brad.
Simple but effective.
