Sparkle Paper Technique

This card was actually very simple and quick to do.  I began with a piece of sparkly paper and sponged various alcohol inks over it to add color, matted onto black then blue.  I cut a large semi-circle of the same blue matted over black for the left side, stamped a verse by Stampin' Up! and added some ribbons to dress it up a bit more.
I got some glare from the scanner but hopefully you can see the color from the inks over the sparkles.
