Faux Layers

This was a pretty easy card to make for such an elegant result.  Simply rip paper, lay over your cardstock and ink the uncovered portion.  You end up with what appears to be a paper layer and is no more than ink!
I began with light purple cardstock, covered the lower portion with torn paper and applied darker purple ink for a base.  Then I stamped a swirl stamp (by Quietfire Designs) & a crackle (by IBFS) in black and reinked the crackle with gold ink.  A piece of black rickrack, a paper flower and a "thanks" by DeNami Designs finished it off.
