This card was done by misting a squirt of water from a mister onto a dabber by Adirondack and then pouncing the end of the dabber quickly (and hard!) onto the cardstock. This gives a splash effect as you can see. A little messy so you want to contain your work to guard against "over splash".
I used "Chelsie" image from plate #9 from Sweet Pea Stamps, adding bits of yarn for her hair ribbons by punching 2 tiny holes on each side of her ponytails and tieing the yarn through before adhering the image onto the background.
