This background was done using Luna Lights paints. Doesn't it give a lovely effect? So easy! Just drip some Luna Lights inside a page protector, close the page and smoosh them around. Then put 2 pcs of glossy cardstock inside with glossy sides towards paint and shut the folder. Work the paints into designs and remove. Set aside to dry. Very quick and easy to get such a dramatic result.

Where did you find Luna Lights paints? I have a set I have been hoarding because they stopped selling them here, and I was told they didn't make them any more? Love how your background turned out!!
