Masking Tape Transfer

This card uses a cool technique of inking your stamp image via masking tape. Tear a piece of tape a little longer than your ink pad (pigment) and ink the tape by pushing the sticky side into your ink pad and applying color to your stamp. Using another piece of tape repeat with a second color to ink your stamp, turn stamp slightly and reink. Leaving your stamp face up lay your paper over it and roll a brayer to transfer ink to your paper.
Use a third color of pigment ink and ink another tape piece, but this time apply color to your paper by sticking the tape directly to the paper here and there, turning slightly as you go. Leave some white spots for added interest.
Mat and embellish as desired. Stamps used by Stampin' Up! & The Angel Company.
